Station Plaza Self Storage is a three-story climate controlled self-storage facility in development in North Las Vegas. The site is approximately 2.4 acres and is a state-of-the-art storage facility with over 800 storage units. Feeding off the customer base frequenting the neighboring Walmart, the new facility is positioned nicely in an area with a lack of climate-controlled units and older facilities allowing us to provide a product more in line with modern storage needs. There is also significant residential growth in proximity to this site, bringing new customers to our market. Groundbreaking occurred in July of 2024 and opened in July 2025.
