The site is approximately 2.4 acres and will become a state-of-the-art storage facility with over 800 storage units. Feeding off the customer base frequenting the neighboring Walmart, the new facility is positioned nicely in an area with a lack of climate-controlled units and older facilities allowing us to provide a product more in line with modern storage needs. There is also significant residential growth in proximity to this site, bringing new customers to our market. Groundbreaking occurred in July of 2024 with a tentative opening of August 2025 scheduled.
